Bell tent hire
What comes with each bell tent?
5m bell tents sleep up to four. We set them up before guests arrive and take them down afterwards. Bridal tent £375, and a 7m Queen from £500 for bars, cinemas and chill-out spaces.

Per 5m tent, for a 48-hour wedding or private-event hire, including VAT, setup and takedown. Delivery is quoted separately as Setup & Collection. Festival prices are quoted per event.

Stretch tent hire
Stretch tent hire: tensioned canvas, shaped to your site.
Small, medium and large stretch tents for ceremonies, receptions and parties. Setup and takedown are included; delivery is quoted from our York base.

Bell tents to sleep in, stretch tents for the bar and the chill-out zone. We build the village before gates open and take it down once everyone has gone home. Every event gets a free booking page, so guests book and pay for their tents directly and no money runs through you.

How many bell tents will we need?
A 5m bell tent sleeps up to four people. Tell us how many people are staying and how they want to share, and we'll work out the number of tents with you.
How much space do the tents need?
Allow room for guy ropes, routes between tents and access for our crew. Our camping calculator gives a starting estimate of the ground needed. Send us the postcode and photos of the site so we can check the layout with you.
How far do you travel?
We work across the UK from our base near York. The minimum is five bell tents for venues under two hours away, and ten for longer journeys. Send us your postcode so we can quote Setup & Collection.
Can guests pay for their own tents?
Yes. We set up a free booking page where guests choose and pay for their tents and extras. For weddings and private events, Setup & Collection is quoted separately to the host. You can also cover part of each tent's cost.
